“Management Inspiration Stories” introduces and recognizes managers who have managed significant development in a range of areas (economy, culture, sports, society, etc.) for Latvia during the last 100 years. Although often unknown to the general public, they have devoted their lives to bringing to life ideas and to achieving specific goals, which directly or indirectly have contributed to our country’s growth, recognition and versatility. Their experience, philosophy and values are essential to inspire and encourage others, particularly young people, to set and achieve ambitious goals.
